Quotes & Estimates
All estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ materially from those disclosed prior to service.
Scheduling & Weather
Services are performed subject to weather and other conditions beyond our control. If weather or site conditions make work unsafe or impractical, services will be rescheduled at the next available appointment at no additional charge.
Property Access
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, including access to an operational water supply unless otherwise agreed. Vehicles, furniture, decorations, and other personal property should be removed from the work area prior to the scheduled service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the completed service, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days. We will make reasonable efforts to address any service-related concerns. Pre-existing damage, permanent staining, oxidation, mineral deposits, and other conditions beyond normal cleaning are not covered under this guarantee.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by applicable law.
